Aeroplan Terms and Conditions

®TravelWell is a Registered Trademark of ING Insurance Company of Canada, used by ING Novex Insurance Company of Canada under sub-license.

All eligible ING Insurance and ING Novex customers must enrol in the program in order to start earning Aeroplan® Miles. 

Existing, eligible clients of ING Insurance or ING Novex may register by visiting www.inginsurance.ca, clicking on Aeroplan and entering their valid Aeroplan collector number. Clients may also contact their broker to provide their valid Aeroplan number. 

New clients may also enrol by obtaining an eligible ING Insurance or ING Novex home or auto policy through an insurance broker and providing their valid Aeroplan collector number when they apply. 

Aeroplan Miles will be credited to Aeroplan accounts 4-6 weeks after the eligible policy effective/inception date for new policies and/or 4-6 weeks after the Aeroplan member information is received for existing eligible policies. Aeroplan Miles will be credited only to one Aeroplan number per policy.

Aeroplan Miles will be credited monthly to any eligible, registered clients at a rate of 1 Aeroplan Mile for every $2 in total annual premiums, any taxes or interest excluded.

Monthly Aeroplan Miles are earned from enrollment date and are not retroactive to policy inception date.

All ING policyholders must be in good standing at the time of the request as defined by ING Insurance or ING Novex, as applicable.

Offer only valid in the following provinces in Canada for ING Novex: Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia and all provinces for ING Insurance customers except Manitoba.

For ING Insurance, offer valid on Optional Auto portion only in British Columbia - collision, comprehensive and excess third party liability coverage.

Policies for ING Insurance insureds are underwritten by ING Insurance Company of Canada and for ING Novex insureds by ING Novex Insurance Company of Canada and are subject to all terms and conditions contained therein.

Offer not valid for clients of Nordic Insurance Company of Canada or ING Insurance Commercial lines or ING Novex Commercial lines.

Offer not valid on standalone Travelwell® or Umbrella policies.
