When it comes to filing an auto claim, we take your word for it. That means that we'll pay collision claims based on your version of events (certain terms and conditions may apply).
Our ING Client Service Representatives will confirm your deductibles and claims details on the spot, based on your description of the accident - before any police or third-party reports.
Your Auto Claim: How It Works
After your first call to ING Insurance, you'll be in touch with an ING Client Service Representative within 30 minutes. That's our Claims Service Guarantee, and it ensures that we'll be there when you need us most:
- Repair shop recommendations. Our Rely Network™ of preferred collision repair shops will help get you back on the road. Your repairs will be given priority, a replacement vehicle may be provided, and we'll guarantee their work for as long as you own your car.
- Choosing your own repair shop. If you choose to use a repair shop outside of our network and arrange for your own repairs, our Rely Guarantee will not apply, and you may need to get an estimate or appraisal before any work can start on your car.
- Replacing your vehicle. If your car cannot be repaired, then we'll do the market research to determine the value of a comparable replacement vehicle and reimburse you, less any deductibles.
- Getting all the facts. While we take your word for it, at times we may need to get additional information from police and eyewitness accounts in order to resolve your claim fairly.
